What information is needed for the Church Questionnaire?

What if we already have a church website?

I can transfer any necessary data from the old website into the new.

How can I make payments?

Payments can be made either by Paypal or by sending a check. If you pay through Paypal, their charges are included. You do not have to have a Paypal account in order to pay. Paypal accepts all major credit cards.

Are there any additional costs or necessary services which are NOT included in the pricing?

1. Domain Renewal after year 1. If you are purchasing a new domain, the initial purchase of your domain is included in the pricing. However, the domain name renewal needs to be paid by you on a yearly basis. The price will vary on the type of extension the domain name has. (approx. $15.00 for most domains per year) and I will take care of billing you for this.

2. SSL Certificate Renewal after year 1. The cost of the first year for SSL certification is included in the set-up fee. It will need to be renewed yearly and paid by you on a yearly basis. Right now I am able to purchase these SSL’s for $30.00 per year.

How do I go about getting the website edited when it is finished?

Just send me anything necessary via email such as any general editing or images, newsletters, etc. There are different options for sermons to be on the website also.

Will our church be able to receive email?

Yes. Your church will have as many email addresses that you need for your church/staff. I can give you step-by-step instructions on how to use it.

Do you have references?

Yes. I would be glad to give you names and contact information for any of my customers.

How do I know what the end result will be? What church websites have you done?
